About the Role
You'll be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your role will involve completing non-development tasks for our customers and internal teams with a sharp focus on quality. Your contributions will directly shape how our customers perceive the value of our product, making you a key player in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete 20 points per week (typically 5-10 cases).
* Provide daily progress updates to Project Managers.
* Test your work to achieve a 90%+ completion rate on cases.
* Communicate consistently with the team via Slack.
