Job Title: Key Account Manager - Energy Products




Job Description:


We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead our energy products sales efforts in Brazil and surrounding markets. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in new energy, electrical, EPC, PV, or energy storage sales.




Key Responsibilities:



* Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.

* Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

* Inventory Management: Collaborate with local warehouse teams to manage inventory levels, ensure efficient order fulfillment, and minimize stockouts.

* Equipment Demonstrations: Accompany clients to project sites/warehouses for equipment demonstrations and provide technical support as needed.

* Customer Visits: Conduct regular customer visits to assess client needs, identify new business opportunities, and reinforce the value proposition.





Requirements:



* Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, or natural sciences).

* Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in new energy, electrical, EPC, PV, or energy storage.

* Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.

* Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.

* Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and company priorities.
