Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our cross-functional development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management and be able to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
About the Role
* Coordinate work cells and ensure timely deliveries
* Facilitate sprints, daily meetings, reviews and retrospectives
* Supervise and mentor junior PMs
* Implement and uphold agile practices
* Manage the backlog and prioritize tasks
* Resolve impediments and enhance internal communication
* Monitor and report progress to management
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality products. They will develop and maintain Agile project management processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.

Requirements
* 5+ years of project management/Scrum Master experience in tech environments
* Proven leadership in medium to large teams and multiple projects
* Proficiency in Jira
