You will integrate directly into client teams and work alongside designers and engineers on a daily basis.What We’re Looking For3+ years of professional IT support experience in a corporate or managed services environment.Advanced English proficiency.Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint configuration, device compliance, and Windows 10/11 management.Demonstrated experience supporting identity and authentication workflows through Entra ID (Azure AD).Hands‑on experience with Citrix VDI (Workspace, Virtual Apps and Desktops) in production environments.Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, IP configuration).Skillful troubleshooting of hardware and software issues in fast‑paced end‑user environments.Track record of documenting processes, asset data, and technical resolutions with precision.Experience handling user onboarding/offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and hardware preparation.Comfortable using ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management.Ability to work through new and difficult issues and to elevate complex cases when necessary.Forensic attention to detail.A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.Extreme ownership of work and daily commitment to performance expectations.Alignment with FullStack’s client goals and dedication to delivery commitments.Consistent availability to work 40 hours per week.What We OfferCompetitive pay.100% remote work.Opportunity to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.Continuing education opportunities.Pathways for career growth and advancement.Our talent network is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible environment where IT professionals can find opportunities that match their skills.
