This role is responsible for designing and implementing visual assets for in-app and offline campaigns, ensuring brand consistency while adapting content to the Brazilian audience and local culture. Responsibilities Create landing pages, banners, and in-app assets for campaigns. Develop visual identities for major projects, aligning with brand and local audience. Adapt campaigns and pages for the Brazilian market. Design offline and cross-media materials to expand brand presence. Act as point of contact for visual suggestions and adjustments. Produce key visuals for local projects; occasionally support video/motion design. Collaborate with teams and external agencies to coordinate deliverables. Provide real-time design support for in-app operations. Upload visuals to the internal publisher of HTML pages, ensuring accurate insertion and updates of content. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience in digital design, landing pages, and campaign visuals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent tools. Knowledge or experience with social media content and campaigns. Strong knowledge of composition, typography, and branding. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Intermediate to advanced English. Nice to Have Experience with motion graphics or video editing. Cross-media campaigns experience. Understanding of localization for global campaigns. Familiarity with real-time design support. Experience with Figma and UX principles. Previous experience working in apps or digital platforms.
