* Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, promoting adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage product backlogs and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within teams, encouraging adoption of Agile best practices.
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.
* Integrate compliance requirements into agile development processes.
* Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with digital marketing strategies and goals.
* Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
* Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies and apply relevant advancements to improve team performance.
* Ensure team work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.
* Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters.
* Lead conflict resolution and challenge team mindset shifts to drive change management.
* Oversee integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Drive adoption of Azure DevOps features among teams, enhancing project transparency and delivery efficiency.
