Key responsibilities
This role involves ensuring clients' needs are met through project management, client communication, and recruitment of linguists.
Project managers will oversee multiple projects daily, some lasting just a day while others span several weeks.
Responsibilities include:
* Scoping: discussing clients' requirements with colleagues to meet expectations;
* Matchmaking: selecting the best linguist for each project;
* Executing: syncing expectations between clients and linguists, facilitating calls, and checking in after projects to ensure satisfaction.
Our interpretation team covers both remote and on-site projects.
This is an interpretation project management role, not a linguist position.
