About This Role
This position involves providing technical support to various systems, implementing new automation solutions, and collaborating with business partners to address their needs.
Responsibilities:
* Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with business partners, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to drive project success.
* Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of results.
* Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for transformation through the implementation of end-to-end solutions.
* Design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and robustness.
* Document business aspects of proposed solutions to facilitate stakeholder understanding.
* Collaborate with the Digital Technology team to develop a technology strategy and roadmap by researching, evaluating, and recommending alternative technology options.
* Provide prompt, customer-focused responses to troubleshooting and other technical requests.
What You Will Need to be Successful
This role requires experience in project management, administrative, systems, and engineering careers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS, proficiency in product development lifecycle management, and experience working in an Agile environment.
In addition, the following skills are required:
* Knowledge of EHS systems such as Enablon, Safety Net, and Safety Web.
* Advanced English language skills (English is the primary language used in this role).
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
