Lead Agile Delivery Specialist - Salesforce Commerce Cloud
The ideal candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 8+ years in agile delivery
* 5+ years as a scrum master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or pragmatic multi-team coordination)
* Proficiency with: Jira (boards, filters, dashboards), Confluence (documentation), CI/CD awareness (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
* Scrum certifications: CSM or PSM I / PSM II
* Solid eCommerce domain knowledge: Catalog, pricing, promotions, Checkout, payments, tax, shipping, returns, Order Management Systems (OMS)
