Responsibilities and Assignments

* Provide support to users and IT operations of the unit;
* Develop tasks in the Information Technology area, providing technical assistance in the sectors;
* Assist corporate IT in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, switches, access points, printers, data and telecommunications equipment, network infrastructure, data storage routines, videoconferencing equipment, and information security systems;
* Maintain and configure electronic devices of the unit;
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software in the unit;
* Control and manage software licenses and applications installed on each workstation;
* Assist the procurement sector in acquiring new IT products;
* Request IT products and services through the Corporate ERP, including cross-sector cost center requisitions;
* Monitor third-party services provided to the IT sector on-site.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Complete or ongoing higher education in Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
* Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
* Reside or be based in Campo Verde - MT.
