We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer II to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Java development, RESTful Microservices, and cloud-based technologies.
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.
You will work closely with our QA team to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of delivering seamless, high-quality software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.
* Support both the evolution and continued modernization of existing applications.
* Create and present design solutions that have partial or system-wide impact.
* Design, develop, deploy, configure, document, and debug extensive enterprise systems.
* Apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development lifecycle.
* Coordinate with QA for end-to-end testing and post-production testing.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 5+ years of experience with progressive Java (1.8 and above) development experience.
* Experience in developing Restful Microservices Services using Spring boot.
* Proven experience with GenAI-powered development tools.
* Experience with Docker, Kubertetes, Istio, ArgoCD, and Snyk.
* Proficient with MS SQL Server queries.
* Experience participating in the full lifecycle of projects, including effective use of version control, build management, unit testing, and issue tracking software.
* Experience with Azure cloud.
* Experience with Splunk, SQL, and Dynatrace.
