Account Coordinator Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Manage customer and technician interactions to maintain a smooth and friendly communication flow.
* Schedule, confirm, or reschedule installations efficiently, utilizing strong logistics skills.
* Notify customers of their time windows and ensure timely updates.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service roles, with a preference for field-service coordination.
* Advanced English fluency (C1 or C2 level), enabling effective communication on the phone and in writing.
* Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive and focused attitude.
This remote work setup requires full flexibility. Standard working hours are between 11 AM and 8 PM (California Time/PST) with a 1-hour break included. After one year, employees are entitled to 1 week of paid time off.
