Lead Nursing Operations
We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations, manage staff, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent leadership and communication abilities, and knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need current RN licensure in Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
