What You'll Be Doing
* Leading technical delivery across major product initiatives
* Designing and building scalable backend APIs using Ruby on Rails
* Developing modern frontend applications with React.Js
* Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to solve real user problems
* Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack
* Contributing to ongoing product and platform improvements

* 3+ years of software engineering experience
* Strong commercial experience with Ruby on Rails and React.Js
* Comfortable working across the full stack in a product-focused environment
* Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to technical discussions
* Passion for building high-quality software and delivering value to users
