 
        
        Senior IT Technical Recruiter Role
Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join our high-performing recruitment team. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 * Develop strong pipelines of technical candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
 * Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting or a fast-paced tech environment.
Required Skills:
 * Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
 * Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
 * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems is required.
