Position Overview
This individual reports directly to the board of directors and collaborates closely with other corporate officers, Senior VPs, and executives to profitably grow the business.
This position oversees all company functions, including customer relations and contracting, sales, organizational management, regulatory compliance, finance, human resources, and other administrative and operational departments.
The person will work with senior team members to establish aggressive performance goals and market strategies, leading an outstanding organization to achieve those objectives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in a senior-level position, a Bachelor's degree (an MBA is desirable). They should be a strong leader with excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, out-of-the-box thinking, good business judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and organizational building skills.
