Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of public tenders and best practices.
* Support cross-functional teams in identifying and assessing new business opportunities.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
* Fluent in Portuguese with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1).
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong ability to learn quickly.
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects.
* Previous experience with procurement in the public sector is highly valued.
