The role focuses on finding engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden, supporting relocation and onboarding, and partnering with a global recruitment team and Swedish delivery management.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers in the IT sector who are ready to relocate to Sweden.Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the executive management team in Sweden.Work with the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation-related practicalities (visa, work permits, housing, travel).Manage end-to-end recruitment activities to fulfill client needs in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.Collaborate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.Solid, proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality standards and strong brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper-intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with the ability to close recruitment requests.Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and resilient with a constructive attitude toward challenges.Desire for success with an executive yet relaxed approach to work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and professional appearance.Extent & DurationStart ASAP.
