Key Account Manager Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* In-charge of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving business growth.
* Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
* Acquiring new key accounts and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
* Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and address concerns.
* Preparing and presenting reports on account performance and sales forecasts.

* Experience in delivering results in an autonomous working environment.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries and B2B business models.
* Project management skills and proficiency in English as a primary language.
