Business Analyst Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the Business Analyst role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting requirements, mapping processes, and defining acceptance criteria.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, knowledge of agile methodologies, and advanced English skills. Additionally, they should be familiar with Scrum and possess the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Elicit and document requirements from stakeholders
* Create user stories and acceptance criteria
* Map delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating entry points (app) and output (EDI)
* Document integrations, data formats, and business rules
* Define metrics and success criteria for the Proof of Concept
* Create test cases and perform functional validation
* Report defects and follow up on corrections with the technical team
