Job Title: Fullstack Developer
About You
You are a highly skilled individual who excels in crafting scalable and impactful solutions, driving not only technological advancements but also product direction.
You bring to the table:
* 7+ years of professional experience in full stack development with a focus on Next.js, Go, and MySQL.
* Strong expertise in AWS services, including ECS, Fargate, CloudWatch, RDS, S3, and IAM.
* A proven background in data engineering, data workflow architecture, and pipeline development.
* Familiarity with geo-spatial data, AdTech, and online advertising platforms.
* Demonstrated experience with performance optimization, diagnosing bottlenecks, and implementing preventive measures.
* The ability to clearly communicate complex technical and organizational problems and propose iterative, actionable solutions.
* Comfortable working in iterative agile development environments with frequent releases.
* Strong collaboration skills, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and providing transparent status updates.
* Self-motivated and organized, owning projects from concept to production.
Accountabilities
Responsibilities Include:
* Designing, developing, and delivering features and improvements to the product suite in a secure, well-tested, and performant manner.
* Collaborating with management, engineers, and stakeholders to uphold quality and delivery standards in a fast-paced environment.
* Advocating for and implementing improvements to product quality, scalability, performance, and security.
* Solving technical problems of moderate to high complexity, proposing sustainable solutions.
* Writing and maintaining clean, maintainable, and scalable code, ensuring consistency across the codebase.
* Conducting code reviews and establishing coding best practices.
* Identifying and addressing technical debt and proposing improvements to team efficiency.
