You support our team as Intern: Responsibilities: - Support administrative activities of the department, including organizing documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with internal requests. - Assist in the development of reports and presentations by gathering and analyzing relevant data. - Participate in meetings and training sessions, gaining practical knowledge of the area’s processes. - Collaborate with the team on operational tasks and projects, under supervision. - Keep internal systems and records up to date, following guidance from supervisors. - Meet deadlines and follow instructions carefully, showing initiative and a strong commitment to learning. - Suggest improvements to processes, when appropriate, by bringing a critical and collaborative perspective. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (3rd semester or above). - Intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g., formulas, charts, pivot tables). - Basic understanding of accounting and corporate finance is a plus. - Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organization. - Proactive and interested in numbers and performance metrics. - Intermediate English is a plus.
