Account Manager Position
We are seeking a dedicated professional to maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing business development from onboarding to account lifetime.
Your key objective will be to assist in revenue-generating opportunities while providing exceptional support to ensure partner confidence in our platform.

Responsibilities:
* Provide daily assistance to accounts through navigation of our platform, including introducing new features, addressing issues, and nurturing relationships
* Foster continued business growth by proactively fostering relationships and delivering unparalleled value
* Communicate effectively with accounts via chat or video call to ensure issues are addressed and followed up until resolution
* Work independently to achieve account satisfaction, collaborating with team members when necessary
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs
* Ongoing self-education for industry knowledge and platform features
