What We Are Looking For:
* Education: Diploma of Technical Course in Information Technology or a higher education degree in the same field
* Experience: At least 3 years in user support activities related to Information Technology and Communication
* Skills and Knowledge:
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Teams, Office 365, OneDrive, etc.)
* Knowledge in operating microcomputers and office automation software
* Understanding of computer networks, wired and wireless, and TCP/IP protocol
* Certifications:
* Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (or equivalent), minimum 8 hours
* Minimum 20-hour course in Microsoft Windows 10 or higher
* Microsoft MD-102: Endpoint Administrator (or equivalent), at least 15 hours
* Portuguese language course, minimum 20 hours
* HDI Customer Service Representative (or equivalent), minimum 8 hours
* HDI KCS FOUNDATION (or equivalent), minimum 8 hours
Additional Requirements:
* Training in ITIL v4 or later, minimum 24 hours
