We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our mission-driven recruitment and marketing agency. Our goal is to connect doctors with the communities that need them most.
This role involves using marketing as a force for change, helping attract the right doctors to underserved areas, boosting their visibility, and establishing long-term relationships with patients.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, a good level of English, and expertise in B2B and B2C marketing. They should also be familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press/HTML, and analytics platforms.
As a marketing manager, you will work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

* Executing digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust
