Key Responsibilities:
* Scout and assess potential opportunities via procurement portals.
* Support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation.
* Develop project references and CVs tailored to specific tender requirements.
* Maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices.
Requirements:
* A high level of proficiency in Portuguese, along with strong business-level skills in German and English (B2-C1).
* Good knowledge of MS-Office applications, particularly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams.
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
* Reliability, attention to detail, proactivity, and a willingness to learn quickly.
* An interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects.
