You'll work closely with managers and link builders to drive accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement across the team.

What You'll Do
Oversee and manage a team of full-time and part-time Link Building Specialists
Set and monitor monthly KPIs for Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers
Review and approve link prospects based on company quality standards
Collaborate with the SEO Manager on strategy, target pages, and anchors
Coordinate with the Content Manager to deliver and publish guest posts
Train, motivate, and support your team to consistently hit their goals
Continuously improve link-building systems, outreach methods, and performance tracking
Stay updated with SEO trends and continuously develop your expertise
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in link-building management or senior SEO roles
Deep understanding of off-page SEO and backlink campaign strategies
Experience supervising operations and managing processes or teams
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and skilled in documenting and benchmarking campaigns
