What We’re Hiring
You will work across payments operations, collaborating with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and external vendors to improve processes and performance. Key responsibilities include:
* Optimise operations and implement process improvements.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives to boost efficiency and scalability.
* Support the development of new payment products and features.
* Use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Create dashboards and KPIs to track performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in payments or product operations, process optimisation.
* Solid knowledge of payment systems, workflows, and regulations.
* Track record of driving efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
* Skilled in collaborating with Product and Technology teams.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
