Job Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality responses to RFIs and presentations. It combines operational excellence with content creation, requiring strong organizational skills and coordination across departments.
* Vendor onboarding, registration management, and compliance are handled by the specialist.
* The specialist owns RFIs and submissions, working with subject matter experts to gather content and meet deadlines.
* Compelling sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and success cases, are created by the specialist.
* Key performance metrics are captured and reports are built to support presales operations.
* Pre-sales ticket activities are tracked, RFx submissions are managed, and blockers are resolved to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of operations experience in sales operations, presales support, or business operations.
* At least 3 years in the IT industry or consulting.
* Proven process management skills, including ticket tracking, stakeholder follow-ups, and RFI processes.
* Strong analytics skills and content creation experience.
* Advanced English language proficiency.
