Job Title: Key Account Growth Strategist

As a Regional Partner Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our channel ecosystem across the LATAM region and Brazil. We are looking for a skilled professional to take ownership of the partner ecosystem in the region and accelerate our 100% indirect go-to-market approach.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the regional partner ecosystem, including resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, and distributors. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage various stakeholders' perspectives.

We are looking for a person motivated by increasing partner revenue based on new sales opportunities. This requires the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, maintain an elevated level of productivity, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative environment.

* Understanding of the regional partner ecosystem: Knowledge of the IT/SaaS industry and its applications in the regional partner ecosystem.
* Stakeholder management: Competency to work with cross-functional teams and manage various stakeholders' perspectives.
* A structured approach to SaaS business development: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, maintain an elevated level of productivity, and work effectively under pressure.
* Entrepreneurial spirit: Motivation by increasing partner revenue based on new sales opportunities.
* Language: Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is essential to build trust with local partners. Strong written and spoken English is also required.

As a Regional Partner Manager, you will join our team of competent sales professionals and IT entrepreneurs. You will report to our VP of Sales Americas, Fahad Qureshi.

This role offers a full-time occupation, fully remote position. Travel activities are expected for the role. The compensation package is market-competitive and will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
