We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer - LATAM to be assigned to our Legal located in Rio de Janeiro.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
• Law degree and active OAB Association registration;
• 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate law, contracts, regulatory matters, or related legal fields;
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken);
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment;
• High level of integrity, accountability, and business orientation;
• Previous experience in the energy sector, infrastructure, arbitration, or law firms will be considered an advantage;
• Availability to travel when required.
