Job Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by implementing sales plans and executing business strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop regional market plans and promote the company's product brand.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Complying with company processes and systems;
* Executing sales plans by focusing on business opportunities and organizing resources to achieve sales targets;
* Developing markets according to the department's business development strategy and sales objectives;
* Maintaining customer relationships by establishing smooth communication channels and visiting important customers to understand their requirements and handle objections and complaints in a timely manner;
* Providing customer service according to company regulations and product characteristics, coordinating product trials and technical support to improve customer satisfaction with products and company services;
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree in Biochemical or Bioengineering or relevant fields with minimum 5 years of working experience in the enzyme industry;
* Master basic knowledge of all products and services of the company and understand the company's operation mode;
* Good sales etiquette and able to grasp customer psychology, understand and effectively use sales skills;
* Able to think from the customer's point of view and have strong sales ability;
* Good communication and coordination skills, calm, initiative, and responsible;
* High work enthusiasm and good team work spirit;
* Strong ability to resist pressure and learning ability;
