Scrum Master Position
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our organization, responsible for facilitating Agile practices and supporting teams in their growth.
About the Role
* Ensure all Agile ceremonies align with principles, driving team performance and delivery
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Collaborate with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team capabilities
* Contribute to the implementation and adoption of SAFe methodologies
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are advantageous
