Transform the hiring process by providing unbiased, structured, and skill-focused technical interviews for global clients. As a Freelance Technical Interviewer, you will leverage your technical expertise to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct online technical interviews across various technology roles.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide fair, unbiased, and detailed assessments of candidate performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
* Collaborate with our team to continuously improve interview frameworks.
* 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in one or more of the following domains: Java Developers, Python Developers, .NET Developers, C++ Developers, JavaScript / Frontend Developers, Full-Stack Developers, Machine Learning / AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers / Architects, Mobile Developers, DevOps / SRE Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, Blockchain Developers, Salesforce Developers / Admins, SAP Consultants, Data Scientists.
* Strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns.
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
* Ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
* Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews.
