We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our research projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project plans with Operations managers, UX researchers, and clients to meet requirements, timelines, and business goals.
* Provide timely updates on project status through email and virtual meetings.
* Track budgets, costs, and timelines using Google Sheets or similar tools, flagging any variances early.
* Guide research project team members to keep tasks on track and aligned with study objectives.
* Monitor study execution to ensure research protocols are followed and high-quality data is collected, validated, and stored accurately.
* Collaborate with the Panel Management team to confirm recruitment goals and monitor participant progress.
* Document best practices, FAQs, and template materials to streamline future projects.
* Log bugs or technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, user-experience operations, research support, or related roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through.
* Comfortable working independently in a distributed environment.
* Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity suites.
