Key Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced scholars or professors who have prior experience proposing or managing Special Issues in SCI/SSCI/EI indexed journals.
Responsibilities:
* Co-develop and submit SI proposals to SCI/SSCI/EI indexed journals
* Define SI theme, scope, and editorial plan
* Collaborate with our editorial support team and journal offices
* Provide academic leadership during SI organization (no involvement in peer-review decisions)
Requirements:
Prior Experience:
A strong publication record in SCI/SSCI/EI indexed journals is required. Prior Guest Editor / SI proposal experience is preferred.
Academic Qualifications:
An Associate Professor / Professor level position is ideal.
Communication Skills:
Excellent English academic communication skills are necessary.
