We are seeking a highly skilled talent acquisition specialist to join our team.
This role will involve executing targeted hiring strategies, sourcing candidates using various channels, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and reporting key recruiting metrics, serving as a brand ambassador, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and maintaining accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
To apply, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in software or technology companies, fluent English communication skills, and experience supporting global recruitment ideally across Europe and APAC.
