Job description
The position seeks an IT Consultant is responsible for creating global solutions in SAP, its integrations and capable of managing complex SAP implementations in a multinational environment, leveraging both technical (SAP) and interpersonal skills (Leadership, Communication, Autonomy).
Main responsibilities
The function requires an expert with high capacity for Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership, and Level 3 Incident Management. The core objective is to transform business processes into standardized, stable SAP solutions deployed at a multinational scale.
Create & Design SAP Solutions, Lead Technical Implementations, Fostering Standardization and Best Practice;
The role serves as the crucial link between business needs and technological delivery, ensuring alignment with a unified, global strategy (technical leadership and Business Partnership), acting as the primary reference point for architecture and functionality;
Focuses on ensuring continuous operation, providing high-level support, and implementing lasting fixes across all operational sites.
Requirements and skills
1. Technical & Project Management Skills:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, IT or related areas;
Experienced SAP Consultant with technical knowledge, integrations, and support to do quality assurance for IT projects;
Project Management skills are mandatory, with proven experience in both IT and business environments;
2. Language:
Fluent English is mandatory.
3. Soft Skills:
Communication, Negotiation, Influencing, and Collaboration skills;
Results-driven and capable of working with minimum guidance;
Excellent Critical Thinking, Analytical Logic, and Problem-Solving;
Self-management skills, including Resilience, Stress Tolerance, Flexibility, Growth Mindset, and Possess a strong sense of ownership for achieving results;
Ability/Flexibility and agility are essential to deal with multiple projects running simultaneously. Work both reactive and proactive to efficiently deliver results.
Desirable Requirements:
SAP Solution Architecture;
Project Management skills;
Availability to Travel;
Language: Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish is a strong plus.
