Responsibilities
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on DIEs
* Perform TPM 3 and 4 on DIES
* Perform adjustments and conversions on press and/or workbench
* Analyze completed project assemblies to identify opportunities for improvement
* Perform functional and cutting tests on workbench
* Participate in design review for new and/or current project changes and improvements
* Perform Try outs
* Perform 5S
Competencies
* High school diploma;
* Technical degree in cutting, bending, and forming tooling
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a toolmaker I and trainee
* Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and layouts
* Knowledge of AutoCAD and eCREO software is a plus
* Knowledge of M and/or multspring families is a plus
* Availability to work shifts
