We will continue this journey - to improve the lives of people everywhere, every day.Our expectationsYou will co-drive this journey with a dynamic and growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems, and develop new business solutions and digital products:Product Ownership:Feel and take ownership of the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility.Develop user stories based on a deep understanding of customer/user needs and run the whole process until value creationStakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirementsWork with internal/external teams to define, design, and develop solutions that add value to customers and usersFoster strong relationships with global stakeholders from business to IT, from security to customers and users of the applicationsUser-Centric Design:Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that digital products meet or exceed customer expectations.Success Ensurance and Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to measure the success of digital products and programs.
