Marketing Coordinator Role
The primary objective of this position is to support the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
This role involves working closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Task trackers and Teamwork spaces should be accurate and updated daily.
Main Objectives:
1. To maintain a high level of organization and communication within the team, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
2. To identify and mitigate potential risks and delays, providing solutions to ensure project success.
3. To collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time task completion rate, internal team satisfaction score, and error-free deliverables.
