The Sales Manager for Latam Distributors will be responsible for maintaining, retaining, and rapidly growing relationships with a designated group of Distributors with the purpose of developing, supporting, implementing, and achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
The position will support all aspects of a client's relationship with Crocs.
Outstanding organization, communication, follow up, problem solving, decision making, and judgment is needed to be successful at this position.
This position will also require initiative, the skills to self-teach, and learn quickly.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Leadership and Management
Establish high leadership standards for Performance and set clear expectations for Distributors.
Effective Communicator and Motivator to engage Distributor teams.
Supervise and ensure compliance with all company policies and directives.
Maintain an uncompromising level of business ethics and integrity.
Meet or exceed financial projections and improve revenue opportunities.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Operational Excellence
Collaborate with current team to develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Assess, review and track Sales Performance per Distribution Channel
Support Latam team to reach target Product Penetration and Segmentation Strategy per territory
Actively visit the territory to Review performance, Support and Recommend Best Practices
Training & Development
Required Strong Sales Experience and Product Knowledge to mentor and improve teams' performance.
Empower and support teams and provide specific and timely feedback through mentoring and corrective action to improve personal and regional performance.
Lead by example and Train, Direct and Support Brand Managers.

Bachelors' degree required
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
Capability to work independently, and promote a positive team environment
4-6 years of Sales Management experience
Preferred if experience is in Footwear or Apparel industry
Bi-lingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
Able to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
