Lead Product Design Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Design Manager to lead our end-to-end product design processes.
* This involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to define requirements and deliver user-centered design solutions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS product interfaces, ensuring usability, scalability, and performance.
* Full professional English language skills, both written and spoken.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise product design, especially in cybersecurity, data tools, or technical SaaS products.
* Expertise with Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle).
1. Conduct research to identify user needs and develop design strategies that meet those needs.
2. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure designs align with business goals.
3. Develop high-fidelity UI designs that are user-friendly, scalable, and performant.
4. Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them grow professionally.
