Roles & Leadership Responsibilities
•Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce CRM Analytics capabilities and best practices.
•Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical analytics solutions.
•Provide strategic recommendations based on analytics findings to drive business outcomes.
•Mentor and guide junior analysts and developers, fostering best practices in CRM Analytics development.
•Identify gaps in existing analytics capabilities and propose innovative, value-driven solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, or related BI/analytics platforms.
•Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
•Expertise in dashboard design, data modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
•Strong understanding of customer data, CRM processes, and business KPIs.
•Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Proven ability to lead analytics projects in an enterprise environment.
