Role overview: Manage first-line soft services at the site, including reception, mail, meetings, events, and support for the help desk, ensuring high-quality customer service for clients, visitors, and vendors.
Position details:
* Location: CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
* Model: On-site.
* Type: Indefinite-term contract.
Daily responsibilities include:
* Responding to client inquiries politely and promptly.
* Leading reception and business center teams and coordinating with facilities management for event setups.
* Managing vendor relations and reporting issues.
* Supporting building inspections and work order resolutions.
* Assisting with travel and visitor arrangements.
* Organizing internal and external client events.
* Managing conferencing facilities and procurement needs.
* Providing support to the Facilities Manager as needed.
* Identifying opportunities to improve site operations efficiency.
* Maintaining supplies inventory and ensuring security protocols for visitors.
* Assisting with booking meetings and vendor onboarding.
Desired skills and experience:
* Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, corporate office environment, or related fields.
* Fluent in English.
* 1-3 years of relevant experience.
* Strong customer service skills, detail-oriented, with problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to build relationships and influence across departments.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated and adaptable to flexible schedules.
