* This role is responsible for ensuring that package sourcing meets project requirements, which involves understanding technical requirements by liaising with Package Engineers and setting up packages by collecting lessons learned and defining package gates and planning accordingly.
* The Package Manager will develop the Package Procurement Strategy in accordance with Project Procurement Strategy, incorporating lessons learned and input from Category Managers, and ensure that the tactical management of the procurement process is conducted appropriately and in full compliance with company working procedures.
* Additionally, this role will involve measuring realized savings for the package arising from the implementation of the procurement category strategy as defined in the PPS.
* To ensure that package execution achieves the expected level of quality, while reducing the risk of increased cost and delay, the Package Manager will adjust standard Quality Control Plans to meet project requirements, manage package interfaces with vendors during PO execution, and ensure that vendors' activities are managed in line with project priorities.
* The Package Manager will also develop vendor quality awareness, ensure that quality controls are performed during vendor manufacturing processes as per QCP, provide Category Managers with continuous feedback on vendor performance, and get their support in case of PO execution issues related to strategic vendors or strategic categories.
* In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the wider Supply Chain, the Package Manager will support Category Managers to develop standard quality control plans, evaluate category profiles, vendor capabilities, and performance improvement areas, and ensure continuous improvement and package learning by sharing package best practices and lessons learned.
* This role requires close collaboration with other teams to achieve successful completion activities, including organizing and leading hand-over sessions with completion teams, providing support and participating in construction/integration, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
* The ideal candidate should have a mechanical engineering background, minimum 5 years of experience with mechanical equipment, rotative and/or static, minimum 3 years of experience with contracts, and preferably background in Oil&Gas, specifically FPSO-related.
* This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

* Mechanical Engineer

* Background in Oil&Gas, preferably FPSO-related
* Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
