We’re looking for a
Recruitment Analyst
to join Randstad’s internal talent acquisition team, supporting one of the world’s largest global tech companies. This position is based in
São Paulo, Brazil
, follows a
hybrid work model
(one day per week in-office), and is offered under the
CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho)
employment scheme.
In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, with a particular focus on sourcing niche technical talent. You'll manage a high volume of roles and candidates, collaborate closely with multiple hiring managers, and provide market-driven insights to guide and optimize hiring strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Strategically source and attract top talent—especially for technical positions—through various sourcing channels and market research
Collaborate directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and drive hiring goals
Manage multiple open roles and a high volume of candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Present weekly hiring progress updates and insights to internal and client stakeholders using data and KPIs
Ensure ATS compliance and data accuracy throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Partner with internal teams to support recruitment process improvements, scope changes, and regional expansions
Act as a consultative partner by providing market intelligence, hiring trend analysis, and recruitment strategy recommendations
What You’ll Bring:
1.5+ years
of full-cycle recruitment experience (technical recruiting is a plus, but not required)
Fluency in Portuguese and English
; Spanish is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work with diverse hiring managers
Experience in high-volume recruitment environments with a focus on efficiency and results
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
A self-assured, consultative mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
