About this Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will define and execute the voice of our brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X. Your goal is to grow an engaged U.S. audience through clear, professional, and impactful content.
This full-time, remote position is ideal for candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Peru. You will report directly to our Marketing Director and closely collaborate with our Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain a dynamic content calendar that aligns with our brand's messaging.
* Develop or brief multimedia content (graphics, infographics, videos) ensuring consistent, professional brand messaging.
* Proactively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions, transforming interactions into positive brand experiences.
* Execute campaigns to drive follower growth and engagement; regularly analyze performance metrics (reach, CTR, follower growth) to optimize content.
* Work closely with Marketing and Community teams to share insights, launch coordinated campaigns, and pilot new platform features or strategies.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills – clear, concise, and professional social captions.
* Proficient with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic multimedia creation/editing (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Spark).
* Comfortable analyzing social media data to inform strategy and performance improvements.
