ABOUT THE ROLE

This position ensures that all infrastructure, building maintenance, third-party contracts, and supply-related services operate efficiently and in alignment with company guidelines.

The professional will act as the local liaison with various departments, including EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Security and Loss Prevention, HR, Procurement, and Maintenance, ensuring that the warehouse's administrative operations are well-structured and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in implementing regional administrative management processes and standards to support efficient operations
* Support the management of administrative budget and expense tracking (office procurement, apartment rentals, events, etc.)
* Help coordinate day-to-day logistics including cafeteria operations, shuttle services, office hygiene, conference room management, and event organization
* Assist with expatriate employee administrative needs
* Maintain inventory of office supplies, administrative equipment, and track fixed assets
* Process procurement requests for administrative supplies and equipment
* Support vendor management and supplier relations
* Help organize company events and meetings
* Implement administrative service improvements to enhance employee experience
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or office management
* Fluent in English and Portuguese as working languages; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Customer service mindset and problem-solving attitude
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Team player with willingness to learn and grow professionally
