Job Responsibilities
* Be responsible for sales activities in the Brazil C&I BESS market and support the achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets;
* Support the execution of local market expansion strategies to drive the growth of the company's C&I energy storage business in Brazil.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships with commercial and industrial clients, including shopping malls, hotels, small industrial companies, agricultural customers, distributors, and local partners;
* Leverage local market resources and networks to identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Manage the full sales cycle of C&I BESS projects, including customer visits, demand analysis, solution introduction, quotation, commercial negotiation, contract signing, and project follow-up;
* Coordinate withinternal teams to ensure smooth delivery and payment collection.
* Work closely with technical, engineering, and solution teams to provide customized C&I energy storage solutions based on customer needs and application scenarios.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and stay updated on Brazil's distributed energy, electricity tariff policies, and C&I energy storage market trends;
* Provide timely market feedback and support local business development planning.
* Maintain awareness of local regulations, import policies, grid connection requirements, and industry standards related to C&I BESS projects in Brazil;
* Identify and report potential commercial and operational risks during project execution.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Marketing, or related fields;
* Minimum 5 yearsof sales or business development experience in renewable energy, energy storage, solar, electrical equipment, or related industries.
* Experience in the Brazil C&I market with local customer resources is highly preferred;
* Familiarity with commercial and industrial electricity consumption scenarios and distributed energy solutions is preferred.
* Strong local business development and customer relationship management skills;
* Able to independently manage customer communication and project follow-up.
* Native or fluent Portuguese and business-level English communication skills;
* Willingness to travel within Brazil as required.
